He is done. His body can't handle a season now.

All I know is if Bynum, Pau, or most current or ex Lakers would have said I want my money they would have been crucified. Nash hasn't done a damn thing for this organization plain and simple. The only contributions I can think of is Blake was able to steal a couple of moves and he helped attract Howard. Other than that the trade was a complete bust. It's not even putting butts in seats now. Nash has had health issues for almost 10 years now and we gave a 38 year old defenseless PG 3 yrs and almost 30 mil. we would have damn near been better off with Fisher. A healthy Nash, different story. But again, Nash hasn't been healthy in almost a decade

When I read these comments I think I am not a fan.

I just appreciate the game. I am a fan of great players and Kobe is my favorite.

But bottom line is in a sport with contracts that are assured and insured, I have no sympathy for owners.

Furthermore , I think everyone who looks at the Lakers and blames an owner is an idiot.

All the teams who have a shot have young STARS.

From Durant to Wade etc. most of these teams HAD to be bad while we were winning titles and enjoying Kobe in his absolute prime.

And now it's obviously turning a tide and most can't accept it and have fingers to point.

To me I refuse to look at it in that manner

Especially given the news on Farmar (groin strain), don't rule out a return to game action for Steve Nash.

Nash told me on Friday in OKC that he's continuing to work to stay in game shape, and could potentially be available. Stay tuned.

New episode 4:

Dinner With Dirk | 'The Finish Line,' Episode 4

After a successful return to the court, a rejuvenated Steve Nash and former teammate Dirk Nowitzki reminisce about the time they had together on the Dallas Mavericks, speculate about what would have happened had they stayed teammates, and face off on the court as Nash heads into an uncertain offseason.

lol Nash is so obviously trying to recruit Dirk for the Lakers =P   "Yeah what would have happened.. I'd have loved to have finished it out together..."

The look Nash gives him at 6:24 makes it so obvious :D    I don't mind though
