Yep you can literally see where the Director has checked out and they are trying to finish without him. Which is a freaking shame because as it starts you see the direction and you're going "aah.. I see where they're going.. this could be pretty good."

Then midway through the 2nd act it's like... where did it go... what just happened.... O_O It is the most awkward feeling ever to say "and here's where the Director checked out"  -_-  I hate when that happens.. especially when it's so obvious.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

I didn't see The Fantastic Flop. First time ever the critics scared me away

even the beginning felt a little rushed and the script was absolutely terrible. They did not give the actors anything to work with... I did not feel connected to any of the characters.. its like they got their powers one scene and then movie was over.

Look last stand, believe me.  Running in the circles I do, the films have a large amount of detractors too.

You get so defensive when others don't like the same fimls you do.  Everyone has their opinion.  To me (and many, many others) the X-Men films have been mediocre at best.

First three x-men movies are corny.

X-Men 1 was great. X-Men 3 doesn't exist. First Class was an amazing film. I agree that X2 is a bit overrated. It was a great film in my opinion and I LOVED me some Jean Grey in those films but some of the casting was hit and miss. Days of Future Past is probably in my top 3 all-time superhero films with TDK and Avengers 1. And I had no idea fido was a filmmaker! What are some of your films fido? My family was going to see Ant-Man, but it was sold out at our theater and we almost had to see Fantastic Four, but it sold out right when we were about to buy tickets
