Dave McMenamin @mcten 1h

The Lakers plan to sign @DFenders guard Manny Harris to a 10-day contract, according to a league source. Harris will join them in Boston

Manny Harris scored 49, 38 & 42 in his last three games on 60% shooting with the @DFenders.

I like this guy. I think he has some talent. I just hope he doesn't mess with Team Tank!

He's definitely a good scorer, but even in the D-League his 3 point shot wasn't falling much. MDA will probably take 2-3 games to even play Harris, and his lack of an outside shot will quickly cause MDA to stop playing him haha. Hope Harris invests the money from the contract well instead of spending it.

Please want them to draft Embiid/Wiggins/Parker and then sign Love in 2015.

Yeah, don't know much about him, but I hope the best for him just so long as it's not enough to get us wins that hurt us.

The kid is a scoring point guard, he does his scoring on his mid range shot and his ability to get to the basket.

Not much for passing though.   He's a guy worth taking a chance on over Arenas at this point.

He's a 6 foot 5 point guard so he can cause matchup problems.  He has some athleticism and tries on defense, can do work on the post so that causes issues for other points.

He's not super fast, but he has finishing ability, has potential to be a good defender if he uses it.

Also an alright to good rebounder.
He is good at using his body to draw fouls and he shot 87% from the free throw line in the dleague while averaging 10-12 free throw attempts a game.
Good at playing the passing lane and his length leads to steals.

A very nice project to say the least.

The only thing missing is a consistent three point shot but he can make the mid range and finish at the rim.

He can also be turnover prone

he is an alright passer as well, he can pass, but his first thought is to score.   Filling Farmar's sparkplug role is likely what he'll be asked to do and it suits him.

If he pans out the Lakers will have found another gem.

^^^I like the size 6'5 but he looks like he needs to add some lbs. The jumper is ugly release but if he shoots its with confidence could be ok for the cheap proce tag. Gotta see him in NBA gm

You'll get it. Young is suspended for Friday's game against Boston.

Active roster was down to 7.  Now it's back to 8 with Harris signed.

Lineups should look as follows

Marshall
Meeks
Johnson
Hill

Gasol

Current bench

Harris
Sacre

Kaman

Manny Harris is a scorer through and through - doesn't have a 3-ball - doesn't pass much - but can light it up

For those who doesn't know how he plays like myself.

Nothing for Jordan Hill. League didn't think he stepped too far from bench. @WagnerSBranco: @Mike_Bresnahan Hill too?
