What's up with our top free throw shooters (Young and Meeks) missing free throws?

Is Marshall good or is this an illusion? If he cuts the turnovers he could be that PG.

I like Marshall a lot. After the lakers trade Nash for Lebron and Blake for Paul George he will be ballin.

D'antoni doesn't make bad point guards good.  He lets them be who they are and gets them to believe in a few ideals but ultimately takes the handcuffs off them and lets them do what they do in his system. So whatever they are best at they'll do, they just need to have a consistent jump shot to truly benefit.

I'd assume that means Marshall has been this good.  Those watching him at UNC can know that.

The only thing really missing was his jump shot but as he seems to have worked on it, he can start to evolve his game further.

Last year when I watched him in Phoenix, he was very apprehensive about going to the basket, not finishing with a lot of confidence and didn't have a lot of belief in his jump shot.

This year however he's making plays he didn't last year with greater confidence.   So I'll say that if he can continue to improve his jump shot, this is the guy you'll see more often than not.  He was a lottery pick for a reason and I'm pretty sure the Suns wish they had tried to develop him now with Bledsoe out.    Perfect year for the Lakers to work on developing guys, and this year they have a LOT of talent to do it with.  Marshall is a guy we should keep moving forward and we got him at the perfect time imo.

Woah! Shocking appearance. First time here in how long? You chose a bad time though. It couldn't be any more dead these days (not surprisingly given our circumstances).

Um if guys keep making shots and Marshall keeps going at this pace.. if he has 17 by the end of this quarter, Magic's record could be in trouble..

Don't think he will now.  Looks like they're perimeter playing instead of pick and rolling with Pau.

Sad to see he didn't show up against a great team in Miami. Today he's playing arguably the worst team in the league (certainly close).

Big Baby should be in a contending team.
