What would the Heat winning a championship have anything to do with the Lakers?  They have never in history been a rival of the Lakers

You know that's really not a question worth asking. You know what the deal is here.

I applaud you for being that honest. It takes some cojones man, especially in a place like this quite obviously. Not one popular opinion right there whatsoever.

To be honest, I don't even have any kind of emotional connection to the Clippers...Don't think I ever will. I'd probably just end up watching them as a neutral observer...Just fed up with this team.

While I hate LeBron, I also look at the league like this

Team Lakers: Lakers, Knicks( Riley was there). Heat( Riley IS there) and a few more teams

Team Celtics: Celtics, Nets( Pierce, KG), Clippers( Doc)

Put it like this any team that has a historical rivalry with Celtics are good by me.

Meanwhile, any team that works WITH the Celtics, [expletive] em

Cavs and Bobcats are Team Celtics, so are Thunder, Wolves, Jazz and Spurs

Meanwhile, we also get Nuggets and Grizz and Warriors

I say Miami would be worse, because they would be able to continue to build quality teams for years to come, seeing as Pat is there and all, losing would probably mean the team is going to blow up.
Clippers winning ONE aint that bad(to me).. I'd be able to shrug it off pretty easily. It would be great for the City of LA anyways.

1: You really need to explain this to me and 2: if the Bobcats win, don't we all win?

Only part I understood was the Riley bit, which I completely disagree with on various levels. The latter stuff, well interesting lol.

Final MVP's would destroy that argument were LeBron to get any more.

Final MVP's would destroy that argument were LeBron to get any more.

Jordan is the player that really augmented the value of FMVP, before him, various great players would share it with other teammates such as when in the back to back Pistons it was Thomas and Dumars, or with the Lakers and Worthy, Johnson, and Kareem, Celtics when Bird didn't win it over Maxwell.

It says a lot of the times when analysts were debating if Lebron's legacy would be hurt if Wade won an FMVP over him. I'll admit I put some stock into it, after all isn't that the classic argument used to diminish Kobe with the Lakers fans Shaq three peat.
