He entered the game with an injured back.

Unknown if he'll play tomorrow against Houston.  Did NOT want to come out of the game.

Young didn't want to leave the floor when he looked on the bench and saw only 3 other healthy bodies. Crazy injury season.

WELP.

yeah, he looked really bad tonight. We need Swaggy for the future.  Losing Farmar AND Young would be devastating

Maybe this injury has been part of the reason his 3 ball especially has fallen off lately. Either way, had a feeling there was more to his struggles more often than not lately than just a slump.

Devastating?

We are already at rock bottom.  It wouldn't be that much of an difference if Young was out, just means more of the same when it comes to losing.

Oh wow. This is not good. Nick Young going hardcore emo on us now. This does not sound very Swaggy-P-like at all:

Oh boy. RT @bill_oram: Young on somber postgame scene: "It's sad. It's like somebody died, ain't you all seen? It's a funeral in here."

Lol. C'mon now.

I swear I wouldn't be surprised if security finds a witch on the stands with Laker voodoo dolls.

He said it basically referring to what it'd be like for him if he wasn't able to play.  Like he was sending his brothers(which his teammates have become like to him) to die, against a team like Houston.

He wants to keep fighting with them, but doesn't know if he'll be able to.  But it's gonna hurt him if he can't,

Yeah, he had those watery red eyes again as he's had lately. He cares too much. It's good & bad at the same time.

Nice to know that these guys really want to win though, but can't because they're so depleted with injuries, especially with basically the core of the team out.

This is probably the saddest Laker season I've ever gone through in 20+ years. This team just can't catch a break and are cursed with all these injuries. Even with low expectations to start this season, can it get any more depressing? :(

I'm happy above all else that they play their hearts out every night, you can tell they WANT to win and aren't just packing it in or tanking.   But as undermanned you can only do so much.  Even WITH our full roster we have a small margin of error.  It currently would take 48 perfect minutes and no team in the NBA plays 48 perfect minutes.

Calling what we're doing tanking is an insult to how hard these guys are fighting.

Players don't tank.

Management decides to tank by not putting in the successful pieces in order for the team to succeed.

Many of these players are one one-year deals. They are not going to blow this opportunity of getting another gig just to lose one purpose.

Jeez, to think of all the people, it'd be Nick Young to be depressed as hell.

Not even Iggy can get him out of this slump.

Not even Iggy can get him out of this slump.

Especially with him being away from her on the road.

I get that this team plays hard on offense, but where is ANY of that energy on the defensive end? I don't think any of our guys compete consistently on the defensive end individually, and the team defense collectively is a sieve.
