Im pretty sure this is fake, there is really no way LA can pull that deal off without doing something terribly stupid like trading the 2019 1st to absorb his salary in full.

Nash would obviously be part of this trade but that's not enough. If his injuries don't get better, which they don't look like they will be, then we are completely screwed for 3 years. I can't see why we would touch this. Brooklyn has no draft picks as well.

Im sure neither team has explored this trade.  Doesn't really make sense for either.  D Will can still probably turn things around but he isn't exactly playing with guys that make his life easier.  He's a PnR heavy PG that played on a team that had no real finishers and played for the most nonathletic team in the NBA.

Lakers will always be involved in rumors and thus associated with potential trade targets or free agents.

Reporters know that tagging #Lakers or @Lakers can get them some hits and attention even if its something stupid.

I do think there's a chance they'll explore getting rid of Nash's contract for Dwill though. Definitely makes sense for Brooklyn to do that, doesn't make sense for us at all.

Y??? Too much money, injury plagued and inconsistent. Not sure if that's where I'd spend 20 mil per year for the next 3 years. It'd be like trading for Joe Johnson or two Nash's
