Why do they even bother throwing best-case scenarios out there such as when they said he could possibly play tomorrow? We know from great experience of our track record with injuries that almost never happens. There are almost always some delays or minor setbacks. C'mon now.

Xavier Henry was examined by Lakers Dr. Stephen Lombardo pregame. It was determined he will be out at least another week, according to LAL

here we go with the "out for at least another week" bs. remember when nash's injury last season started with out at least a week, out at least another week, and then another

I totally get where you're coming from. Lakers have been absolutely abysmal with timelines the last several years now. Perhaps they shouldn't even give any out anymore (to the public).

Would be nice to have his rim attacking open up the perimeter a bit more for us and I do miss his defense.

But keeping him out an extra week and THEN scrimmaging him(on this road trip)  which seems what they are gonna do is probably best.

Xavier Henry is going to be evaluated on Wednesday. He won't play Thurs vs Miami. He would need some practice

Xavier Henry will push himself at practice Wednesday in Miami, according to D'Antoni, to determine when he can return

Was watching some of Access Sportsnet Lakers earlier and they were talking about Xavier's eventual return & used that lovely [expletive]in' word "imminent". I almost lost it right then & there.
