The race for Wiggins goes through Milwaukee.

Philadelphia? Utah? They're no match for the lowly Bucks.

Utah
Bucks
Philly
Lakers

That's a whole lot of suck
Lakers lost 2 or of the 3 already, maybe the bucks win? Oj mayo always plays amazing vs the lakers... Larry sanders is back.. But.. Bucks would be mad if they won...

I'm not sure there has been a game this year when the lakers had the best player on the floor. Maybe that one game Kobe had... But it's been bleak

Looking forward to seeing the Greek freak

Only need to lose this game to put the cherry on top of the pile of crap we've made.

Let's look at the Bucks and their matchup with us

The capable players they have on roster currently to worry about would be

OJ Mayo
Brandon Knight
Carlos Delfino

Caron Butler

Either of those guys could have a big game against us.   But right now we need to focus on not going through those lulls we have.

We're gonna need a better game from Wes Johnson as well.  He's had an awful stretch of the last two games and it seems his effectiveness comes in spurts and isn't as consistent as it has been with Blake.

His confidence on offense has also appeared to translate to the defensive end as well as he is lost on back doors and not zero'ing in on blocks like he was earlier in the season, seems less locked in when he's on the course of a bad game.

If you listen to Worthy and them on Time Warner you'd think Wes has been terrible for the last 10 games or something, but he actually had 12 against Miami.    He's usually good for a sneaky seven point 4 rebound 4 assist game.  But even that seems to be eluding him right now.

I think he needs a steal and a dunk to really turn him out of that slump because trying to bring himself out of it with a made three isn't going to help and we're going to need him now more than ever with X out for the next 5 games at minimum.

We're gonna need a good game from him.  We're also going to need the ball constantly moving.  Farmar has a habit of having a good grasp of the ball movement till things get rolling, then he stops the ball and the movement becomes stagnant, and his shot isn't fully back right now for him to depend on it in iso's at the end of shotclocks or holding it too long.

Part of the reason we went on our runs against Philly with Marshall in was because he only looked to score some of the time and otherwise got his teammates involved and found them in open areas.

The reason Farmar worked so well with our bench and lineup before was because we had Blake to balance it out getting everyone involved.  Farmar hasn't mastered that yet and ball stops more often than he should when things get rolling.

When things get rolling he starts searching for his own shot instead of sharing the wealth if you know what I mean, as long as he's starting he needs to get rid of that aspect of his game for now because we can't afford to get cold.

But these 3-11 performances need to end, if his shot isn't falling he needs to pass to his teammates and keep the ball moving as long as he's starting point guard till Blake gets back.

Gasol, I have nothing to say about, good game, bad game, sickness etc whatever he'll do whatever.

Jordan Hill I'm not worried about.

As a TEAM we need to box out more to get these rebounds,  We let far too many people sneak inside and get rebounds because we're ball watching and not boxing them out, that needs to stop.

aside from that everyone's been pretty consistent, Meeks will get his 12-15, Hill will get his shots and rebounds.

Marshall's going to need to keep up the good play and Kelly's confidence needs to continue to rise with his own good play so he can take minutes away from Williams or at least touches, Williams had a solid 10/11 game last time, but don't expect that often.

Nick Young needs to not worry so much about his turnovers, as of right now Nick Young is the heart and soul of our team, if he's down the team's gonna get down, and he wants to do WELL for us so bad whenever he messes up you can see it in his expressions and on his face, when he turns it over he looks like a child that was just told Santa didn't exist, he truly loves this team while also being a competitor.  So Young has to get out of his own head sometimes and just learn to live with the misses and the mistakes and just tell yourself you'll make up for them like Kobe is trying to teach him.

That's about it really.

Should be a well fought game between two closely matched teams.

Maybe Lakers' home court tips the balance in their favor overcoming Bucks's advantage in "talent" and coaching.

Nick Young will start tonight at the 3 over Wes Johnson. Wes has gastroenteritis, but should be still available to come off the bench

This is the freaking Bucks..if we lose, might as well tank.

^ I hope that doesn't become a continuity. I'd like for Young to win the 6th man award, if possible given our atrocious record.

Wes is gonna play, just limited, hence why Young is starting. Similar to Kaman not starting last game but getting a little burn due to his ankle.
