Yet another sad loss by the Lakers. They deserved it though. When you shoot a better percentage from the field than your opponent and lose the game, you deserve to lose.

13-17. 4-game losing streak. Losing to the second worst team in the league. :clap2:

And LOL at D'antoni saying "each game we are getting a bit better." Better at what? Losing?

I've no doubt we'll beat Utah at home, but this one doesn't hurt any less.

as I said we'll need to go 3-1 at WORST and 4-0 at best well 4-0 ain't happening.   Gonna need to beat Philly, the Bucks and Utah.   At home I'm sure we'll play with an edge.   it's always hard to see Nick depressed X_X  But he really hates that he fouled out.   Rather he take that 40 footer over Meeks though that's more on the non screens set by Farmar and Sacre.

Jordan Hill 16/9, Kaman 18/10/4 blocks

Hopefully this scares the crap out of Pau to get his butt in gear and stop getting 'sick'  because if Kaman proves to have the same production with better rim protection Pau WILL be moved by the trade deadline.

Kaman 18/10/4 blocks

What box score are you looking at? I see 19, 10, & 3 for the white walker per NBA.com

I'm happy that Kaman had the chance to prove himself out there. He's the one that needs to be substituting in for Pau. But the fact that he got a moderate sprained ankle just jeopardizes his cut into the rotation. Sigh.

If you would have told me, last season, that we would eventually have a starting five of:

C - Chris Kaman
PF - Shawne Williams
SF - Wes Johnson
SG - Jodie Meeks
PG - Jordan Farmar

...I would have laughed my ass off.

Sad that Jaime Maggio had to be wasted for two such horrible teams in the past couple of years. The Angels & now Lakers currently.

Honestly, that doesn't even look like a good bench.

Dave Miller says the Lakers have to win the next three games. Really? Why? Have to? I think that's going a bit too far. False hope much? Quit BSing us Dave.

Coach Dave has this weird forceful way of stating things - most of his predictions are wrong anyway.

We just have to be patient guys. Wait for a Pau Gasol Hail Mary type trade. But what sickens me is Kobe. Hopefully he can return back to normal. Because if Kobe can't recover then we will be years away from ever contending away.

Since MDA loves stats here's some.

VS Utah 69.6% FT
VS Miami 57.7% FT
VS Phoenix 64.9% FT

Last three games the Lakers have been terrible at the FT line.

Gonna have to make them when we get them, especially with guys like Hill and Xavier that always attack and make their living from there.

So D'Antoni said that Kaman sprained his ankle late in the 4th quarter. Lollll all these injuries are a joke now. Another busted-ass Laker season.

At worse I don't know if Kaman practices tomorrow but I think he'll oikay.  But I'm sure Pau will miraculously recover by Sunday just in time to have a bad game and blame the illness.

Sure did a great coaching job. With or without Pau that should've been a win.
