Pau not playing.

But this is a MUST WIN.

We have to go 4-0 or at the very LEAST 3-1 over these next stretch of games.   Or the team is gonna be in deep trouble especially when considering the competition we're facing.  We showed where we can hang on Christmas day, we should be able to beat these next 4 teams.

We won't have Pau, but we'll have our point guard.   So I can only hope Kaman has a good game, he doesn't demand the attention Pau does in the paint so it may not set people up along the perimeter as easily, BUT if Kaman has a good game and can exploit Utah's lack of size then we can win this.

At worst the next 4 games we have to go 3-1, at best 4-0 of course.  But we'll have to see how the team comes out.  By the end of the 3rd we'll know what we need to know.   We can't afford a no show here.

Some team HAS to.

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health, 2. High Draft Pick (Randle!) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

I probably won't be able to catch this game.

But it's a must win.

Lakers starting Kaman, Wes, Jodie, Farmar and Williams against UTA. Pau is indeed out.

Shame how this is the only way Cumin can get some burn.

... but this also means, Ryan Kelly!

Kelly will play through pain tonight

    1. Ryan Kelly has what Lakers call a mild left ankle sprain. But Mike D'Antoni plans to play him tonight against Utah

Hope it doesn't effect his jump shot.  Good to see him playing though.  I'd be more worried if it was his right foot.

Utah is one of the most tanktastick teams in the league right now, but I have faith that we will bring home a big fat L!

Lose now for the future!

Is it just me or do Billy & Stu sound kinda bored/disinterested in this game? Their excitement doesn't sound that genuine to me.
