Warriors will be looking to avenge their loss against the depleted Spurs who did not play Parker, Duncan, or Ginobili.

Although Marshall hasn't practiced with the team yet, I hope he gets adequate playing time. I wouldn't want Henry, Meeks, and Young to play a large load of minutes and be more susceptible to injury even though they are all relatively young.

It's a back to back and it's on the road, so a loss won't be surprising. But I hope they win against the Suns. The following game on Christmas day is against the Heat. I expect us to go 1-2, putting us at 14-15.

The next five games we SHOULD be able to go 5-0.

Utah (A), Philadelphia (H), Milwaukee (H), Utah (H), and Nuggets (H).

19-15 is probably our ceiling after all those games.

Golden State is gonna try to take advantage of us on a back to back yet again and try to play with an edge in an attempt to embarrass us and take out their frustrations on being beat by San Antonio.  If we want to have any chance of winning we can't afford to let them get going early or come out flat.   If we do it's gonna be another hard loss.

I probably won't be able to watch this game since I'm going to watch a Bollywood movie with my family. XD

But best of luck, Lakers! Somehow pull out a win! c:

The already (very) short-handed Lakers will be without Pau Gasol (upper respiratory illness) tonight. Gasol had 21, 13 and 8 last night.

D'Antoni says Pau is out with an upper respiratory infection. Kaman will start

Kaman starts tonight instead of Gasol, who won't play (upper respiratory infection).

No Pau tonight..

Damn it. I wanted to see how Pau would fare against Lee and Bogut. Well, now let's see what Kaman can do. We'll probably see more time for Ryan Kelly.

D'Antoni said Wesley Johnson will start out defending Stephen Curry. Added that Curry will get his, but likes Johnson's length/quickness.

Let's hope Wes doesn't get in foul trouble with the refs calling cheap ticky tacks on him against Curry. It's certainly very possible.

Good idea to put Wes on Curry, he did a pretty good job keeping Rubio in check last night.  Makes me wonder who is guarding Lee tonight and Bogut though.  Hill to guard Lee and Kaman to guard Bogut?  Wes to guard Curry.  Then Xavier will guard Iggy and Meeks will guard Thompson?

Yeah, but we all know Rubio isn't even half as offensive minded as Curry is. Curry will be a heck of a lot more aggressive and is more likely to get whistles from the refs, even those cheapy ticky tack BS star calls.

Yeah, but at the very least I'd hope Wes can close out on Curry and use that length to disrupt those shots. I'm more worried about THompson going off on Meeks(who doesn't 'stay home' often) than I am Curry going off on Johnson.

With Gasol out, Jordan Hill has to play well for us offensively.

Hope the new kid Marshall gets some minutes. Maybe he can be the next Jeremy Lin :)

Lakers are no more the destination for stars, they're the destination for lottery busts.

Dave Miller flirts with her so much, hah. Wonder if his Wife ever gets even slightly upset or jealous at all eventhough his Wife's not too bad for her age:

I hope Marshall does well when he gets time but I expect him to struggle a bit due to chemistry and such. I think a few practices and maybe 2 games before he really starts gelling but considering the matchups it's gonna be heck till after the Miami game matchup point guards wise.
