That's definitely not the 180/360 fail attempt play, but it was still a great moment as well & a well-done gif.

Damn we won LOL!
Kevin Love should be VERY frustrated right now. They've got FINALLY a healthy and talented roster and they can barely stay at the 50% mark. Come to LA, Kevin!

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

That was probably my favourite game of the year. Really love how we played and the positive energy and vibe about our team. Good win for us.

I thought 360 was when he spun in the air (a complete 360 degree turn) and shot the ball. This GIF only shows a normal 3 point shot. Am I missing something?

^ You're right. I think it's hard to find a video of it at the moment since it was after the official blew the whistle.

Either way, Young's swag is definitely rubbing off on others haha. Pau trying Young's spin hahaha

i just saw the game and i hate to say it but the team really plays well without kobe. i know kobe is kobe but i honestly enjoy the game when he's not playing. im torn cos they play with so much energy unlike when kobe is there, they look so uptight. maybe bec kobe's just got back from the injury when he played but the vibe is so different. just saying.

You're right.

However, we can't really judge that notion yet since the majority of games Kobe has had to play PG. And since he wasn't in form, the way he'd play point is by posting up near the elbow and passing it to Pau, a cutter, or a perimeter player. Most often than not, the passes were predictable.

Once we get a healthy Blake back (or the uprising of Kendall Marshall), I'd expect for the ball movement to continue. Kobe has repetitively said how he has to adjust to the team rather the team having to adjust to him. So our point guards can continue looking for the best shot. Perhaps pass it to Kobe for a few isos or another pass. Of course we'll need Kobe to close out games.

If Kobe continues to handle the ball in his hands without the point guards doing their due diligence, then we may have a problem.

I'm afraid we'll never be able to witness that 360 from Gasol again.

I agree with you aswell. This team is/was having a lot of fun w/o Kobe on the court. Maybe they feel obligated to play a certain way when Kobe is in the floor. Idk... anyway I hope Kobe recovers soon and spends the rest of the season training and strengthening with the team.

When it comes to Kobe and how they play.  It's an unfair assessment.

We pretty much had Kobe in the perfect role by his second game back(off ball) when he got the ball in his spots and we got very efficient shots.   Our three just wasn't falling that game and we gave up a lot of shots in the paint but we shot 48% as a team.

The problem was Blake went out after that game and Kobe was forced to become point guard so of course we had to play a different way.

But his second game back we played pretty much the way we had been playing even against The T'wolves.  the problem was we gave up too many points in the paint which is no fault of Kobe's and our three ball wasn't falling.

but it wasnt still exciting and the ball movement stops when he's there.. i know we cant win a championship without him but at the same time maybe we can win in the future if we sign impact players or another franchise player in the future.. i guess what im trying to say is that the lakers are a better team without him. and i cant believe im sying this about kobe but thats what i really see and feel. no one saying it from the players to coaches but im sure theyre thinking it too. i hope im wrong. coz i want kobe to win another ring. could it also be that is not fit for dantoni system? maybe, maybe not
