He popped in a three today, almost hit a second one. And yes, he was drawing in doubles, and passing out of them, perfectly. The better he gets at passing the ball, the scarier he becomes, because teams will have no idea who to double between Wiggins and Embiid.

It's nice to see a center that actually knows how to seal and has a post game.

ESPN is now forecasting for Embiid to go No.1, instead of Wiggins...

In the mock draft I just tried.

It had Jabari being drafted first by the Jazz(obvious choice)
Embiid being drafted by the Bucks(obviously they'll try to hype him as some kind of Kareem)
Wiggins was drafted 3rd by the Lakers.

Good observation! I think you're right. Hadn't really thought about that and wasn't really sure why on earth they'd even consider taking Embiid over Wiggins, since they have Sanders, but that could be an explanation.

If we get Wiggins (or Parker or Embiid for that matter) this abomination of a season really doesn't matter and quickly will be forgotten and i think we'll see a championship in LA within a short period.

That means we'll end up with both Embiid and Wiggins

lol Jazz wouldn't take Parker over Wiggins unless they are dumber than I think.

Young big men just don't care how to learn that part of the game, its missing big time in the NBA. Embiid is certainly raw, but he is started to polish his game and you can see it put together. If he stays on the right track he can be a beast down low in the NBA since it seems like many other big men dont want to learn how to master the low post .

Imagine Embiid getting mentored by KAJ...

Joel Embiid's stock is getting higher each every game. At this point of the season, I think Embiid is the number 1 pick right now. But, I don't mind Wiggins going number 1 too.

I could easily see the jazz taking Parker first. He'd be amazing marketing for them. The fans would jump right behind him

I wonder if there will be backlash from nba fans towards embiid if he doesn't declare?

How you you feel I you were that team at 4 or 5 or 6 where ever that cutoff is...

If embiid goes back, everyone moves up a spot

I think embiid has to come out, the money and opportunity is took much

I agree and i think he will.
Economically there's no point in staying in school - only the risk of injury - so i think his agent will be pushing for the draft.

Problem is, Embiid is still extremely raw with a LOT to learn and mentally Embiid isn't ready.

His talent really doesn't matter if mentally he doesn't feel

A) That he's ready for the NBA lifestyle
B) That his game is NBA ready.

As long as Embiid doesn't feel those two things he shouldn't leave school.  Bottom line, regardless of his talent and potential.

The game is 80% mental and 20% physical.  IF mentally he isn't there, then no matter his talent he won't be the guy everyone expects him to be and could be a bust if he finds himself overwhelmed with the NBA game.

If he has to be forced to enter the draft it's not a good thing for the kid.   He personally seems to legitimately think that he can become a better player in college(after Hakeem and other people that stayed and got better, Jordan as well never would have been Jordan the way he was if he left UNC after one year) and I think this generation NEEDS another Tim Duncan that isn't afraid to stay in college for extra years so that this era of "YOU MUST LEAVE AFTER YOUR FIRST YEAR!" can be put to a halt.

If Embiid doesn't mentally feel ready then no one should push him to do so, otherwise they could be setting him up more for failure than success.   He shouldn't enter the draft unless HE personally feels he's ready mentally as well as physically bottom line imo.
