Thought it was good. I was a little disappointed though. I think I may have hyped it in my mind too much.

Side Note: Deandre Jordan was at the movie theatre as I was walking out.

I saw this last night and it was very entertaining. I didn’t care for Cranston’s acting tho. he went a little over the top with some scenes. I don’t know if that was to distant himself from the Walter White character but it felt weird at times. The storyline was good but not great. It had it’s flaws but I think it’s due to the build up reveal. Other than that I thought it was a good movie.

Completely different character from Walter.

Since I have never seen Breaking Bad (no comments please), but still always think of Hal from Malcolm in the Middle I wonder how I would feel about his character in Godzilla.

Is it bad for me to want the director, producers, and writers to not make these characters act so stupid. The movie was so convenient. Off the top of my head these are some of the things that irked me.

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS

1. Aaron Taylor Johnson goes to bailout his dad from the Japan jail. A monster that has been "dormant" for 15 years wakes up hours after he arrives.

2. Then Johnson gets flown to Hawaii and where does that giant mosquito go next? Hawaii and destroys the train that he is in.

3. His family is back home in san Francisco, and where are the 3 monsters going to meet up to fight? Not LA, not in Hawaii, hell, not even oakland, they go fight in [expletive]ing san Francisco where his family is at. Godzilla swam from japan to san Francisco.

4. The mosquitoes are walking through buildings breaking everything, but the train track bridge that johnson is at, he decides to carefully go under it to not destroy it.

5. What the hell, godzilla has a hyper beam? Why didn't he just use it when they were Whooping his ass? Did he level up midway through the fight and learn a new move? Is this Pokémon? Lol

6. the mosquitoes feed off nuclear energy right. So the U.S. genius idea is to attack the with a huge nuclear bomb that would make the nukes dropped in hiroshima and nagasaki look like little [expletive]es; therefore, making them more powerful and killing millions of civilians.

7. "Hey they shoot emp waves, let's keep on flying our fighter jets into the emp waves and keep on falling from the sky" " let's keep on shooting them with assault rifles even though they do no damage"

8. They send out all these paratroopers from the 40000 ft in the air to disarm the bomb. And only johnson knows how to disarm it, wouldn't it be a good idea if he told the other guys how to do it in case he landed on a skyscraper and died on the way down? Is he really the only person in the military that knows how to disarm a bomb?

9. The bomb is gonna blow up in 5 minutes, he puts it on a boat and goes to the gps and clicks auto drive and the boat drives itself away. This bomb had a damage radius of 20 miles. No way he got 20 miles away in 5 minutes on a boat.

10. Godzilla went out of his way to not hurt any humans even though they were shooting him for with everything they had.

I just felt like everything was too convenient. The idea was great having godzilla be the good guy, it was unexpected. I just get annoyed when movies do stupid stuff like this.

Wow, so it seems like you either loved it or you hated it? Is that pretty much correct? I didn't see it yet...Too busy with school. Will eventually.
