Like my former soccer coach used to say in France:
You only pay musicians at the end of prom' !

Hahaha right?

I'M GONNA KEEP ON DOUBTING.

Every time I doubt, they prove me wrong.

But when I'm positive, they lose...

THIS IS SOME KIND OF REINFORCEMENT lol

If the kings can get Derrick Williams for a mediocre FA signing

The lakers should be able to trade kaman for something useful

Damn we gave them 22 offensive rebounds. That's like 44 free points if they converted

Great 4th quarter.

I was really impressed with Nick Young. His passing was impeccable.

Well, the Lakers fought hard and won the game.

They defended the paint fairly well in the 4th, forcing the Pistons to shoot jumpers which isn't their strong suit. Lakers missed 10 free throws (most of them in the 4th) while the Pistons missed 12.

Although Pau shot 5-14 for only 13 points/12 rebounds, there was one possession where he generated around 2 offensive rebounds which ultimately led to a Farmar reverse layup.

Farmar turned the ball over but redeemed himself by stealing the ball and hitting a big three. Young hit a layup while Farmar hit a jumper. The Farmar/Young duo has played extremely well of late.

The Lakers need to continue to work on their interior defense. At least limiting the opponent's offensive rebounds. 22 offensive rebounds and about 80 points in the paint is absolutely horrendous. We need to work on turnovers but it's on the road so the crowd can get into them.

BIG GAME Sunday against the surprising Portland Trailblazers.

Thankfully we're now 9-8!

So he didn't get hurt or anything right?!

Glad we won!

he hurt his ankle but he could have returned. But D'antoni didn't want to risk it.

Never thought we'd hear that before. But coming to the Lakers, Young's defense and passing are both facets of his game that have improved.

Any particular reason Dantoni is playing Sacre over Kaman? That's pretty disrespectful, especially when Kaman has openly said he's frustrated and is available to play.

Nick Young trying it on both ends really.  You can see the passion he plays with now that he's a Laker.

Shawne Williams was on tonight, if only he was that consistent we'd have a very dangerous weapon.

Wes Johnson... what can I say... was our best defensive and offensive player today, is hitting his groove nicely.   Being the guy we all wanted him to be thus far.    Was beautiful to watch!

We've closed 2 games now in the 4th quarter.

I'd have loved to go 3-0 but that Wizards loss was a learning experience for a young team.

It makes it feel even better that we closed out both these games on the ROAD!

I don't think we'll see Kaman till the 3 day practice that Kobe is also looking forward to.  He was playing pretty bad prior to injury and then didn't get much practice time when he recovered.  It's understandable why he wasn't brought out on the road trip.

After 3 days of practice I think we'll see more of him.

I don't think Kaman really fits in this roster anymore.

But we'll have to see the entire roster with Kobe back before dealing anyone

Did John Ireland just say - "First time you've had a winning road trip on the road?"

That's hilarious.

Which is also weird considering the cast, coach and system.

That's kind of like winning a home game at home :)

He can come in when Gasol and Hill rest. Especially when he's been putting Sacre in.

We got Rambis for a reason -_-

And Madsen as Player coach as well as the other guy that are known as good player guys.

But if you said such before the season began you'd have been called unrealistic and been told that Rambis wasn't gonna be able to change the defensive nature of players like Nick Young and such ;)

Can't wait for the day when Nick Young stops mumbling and opens his mouth when he talks.
