Shut down their second chance points by getting rebounds, cut back on turnovers, unforced especially.  Don't let Garnett and Pierce show off because they are facing the Lakers.

Both struggling teams but I think Brooklyn will win

Brooklyn will be dangerous. They have the will power to change the tempo of the game.

It's gonna be a great battle. Kidd vs. d'Antoni.

Brooklyn won one today. Don't let them go on any kind of streak.

I don't expect the Lakers to win, but they have surprised me before.

I would say we have to try & outrun them since they have a lot of old legs, but considering we ourselves as young as we are, are still coming off a back-to-back, we'll probably be a bit too tired to do that unfortunately.

yo.

Surely we get a win tonight right? I mean Brooklyn has been straight booboo so far.

Defense. The Lakers have allowed four players to score career highs against them.

Go LAL!

Well they're older than us (I know, it's kinda weird hearing that) and they're coming off a back to back aswell. They can't get [expletive] for fastbreak points. Attack them inside on offense and on defense just close out on their threes and rebound and RUN.

Trap game.

Nets still got talent and Garnett and Pierce are gonna show their rears just because they are playing the Lakers.  We need to go out there to make a statement or we're gonna get beat in a trap game.

Hopefully last nights loss is still stinging and we come out with energy and a chip.   Well we always come out with a chip, but we need the intensity tonight and can't wait 2 quarters to get into gear.

Update from earlier: Chris Kaman (back) is available to play tonight if D’Antoni so chooses. Has missed last 3 games.

D'Antoni says Chris Kaman (back) is cleared to play but it might be hard for him to carve out minutes in the rotation

Hopefully he can take away Shawne Williams minutes. gosh he needs to go.

Shawn hasn't been too bad on the defensive end.
