This is definitely going to be needed this year.  Please keep all complaints and venting in here.  Don't need pointless threads filling up Lakers talk.

Mike D'Antoni is terrible.
Pau Gasol gets worse every year.

FIRE MDA!!!!!

I can't deal with watching his teams play zero defense anymore.

Pau should be benched.

I love this topic.

MDA, Pau, and Nash are still problems on this team. What's changed since last season is that the Lakers also now have to get a championship core somehow.

We'll see if Kobe is a part of that.

@MarkG_Medina

Pau: "We can't make a habit out of this in getting our butts kicked on the road..."...Otherwise teams, when we come to their house, will think, 'We got the Lakers and we'll kick their [tail]."

And as a center at your natural position, you can't make a habit of scoring 6 points against a 6 foot 7 power forward.

Seriously guys, why the complaining.... We are just a medicore team right now.

We have added some great players in the offseason and already seem guys that bring things to the table that we missed the last couple of years (scoring,athelticsm...) and Mitch did the best he could to make a copmpetitve team for this season but don't destroy the "2014 Plan".

Our best player is out, the third best player in Nash is constantly hurt and not able to perform more then 25mpg at most.

Then you have Pau who never was a first option, even in his prime, and now you expected big things out of him...!?

As soon as Kobe comes back our rotation will be much better and our Offense will get to another level. Our defense will be bad all season but with less load on the offense end for the young guys they should focus more on defense so we should see at least some improvement there too.

Gasol will go back to the best 2nd option he can be right now and we should do much better then so far.

There is no need to freak out, just enjoy a season where no one is expecting anything from us...If we find a rhythm (earliest Jan. 2014)  get to the playoffs and make some noise there great and if not we had a season which developed some guys that can be here longterm.

We will be fine guys!!!

It is extremely annoying when people predict that we are going to miss the playoffs, then whine when we get bad results.

People should look at how other of the main stream teams have started this season.

Brooklyn: 2-2

Knicks: 1-3

Celtics: 0-4

Best Team in division: Philly 3-1

Chicago: 1-2
Miami: 3-2

West:
OKC 2-1(would be 1-2 if they didn't rush Westbrook back)

Denver: 0-3

Utah: 0-4

Memphis 2-2
Pelicans: 1-3

The main contenders are even struggling right now.  The only expected teams doing well right now is Houston, the Clippers, San Antonio and the Pacers.

It's been a weird first 4-5 games in general all across the league.

True.

But i really don't like that two of our losses were complete blowouts.
