Is it just me or

Whenever Steve Blake is on the floor the lead collapse or other team gets the lead

and

Whenever Steve Nash or Jordan Farmar gets the PG roll the game is on Lakers side.

I don't know why Steve Blake gets 30 minute per game?

And why's Paul gaosl still playing more in the elbow area?

Ever since Steve Blake joined Lakers at 2011, Lakers sucked on defense.

I wouldn't put all of the Lakers' defensive struggles on Steve Blake. Nash, along with others, deserve the blame also.

All our PG's with the lesser exception of Farmar (and even then) are defensive liabilities. I'd rather just gamble on more minutes from Farmar, reason being even with struggles, we know that a good great game from Farmar far surpasses anything great from Blake.

Farmar struggled with the handle in the second half tonight. The Spurs' full-court press got the better of him a few times. He will need to learn how to fend off pesky defenders like that.

It's not just one bad game. When he hits 3's it's okay but he misses he keeps shooting like today and he struggles for 3 weeks or months and then have another good game and again struggles with his 3 for few weeks.. and his deffense sucks

Blake's fine when he's hitting 3 like he was in the 4th.

Nash is fine in like the 2nd quarter making passes. That's all he can do at this point in his career.

Right now, Farmar deserves the starting job. But, I am not sure if he can be the starting PG for the 2014 plan.

The reason Farmar is not starting is because of the chemistry him and Xavier bring to the bench mob.

They are actually trying to keep the bench mob in tact as it's our best lineup and we saw how the bench momentum got duffed up by starting Meeks in Golden State lol!!

He must go. As simple as that. Useless at the shooting guard spot.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

Dont think he has to go but I'm puzzled at the fact of him playing SG.

Steve Blake is still a viable play-maker and an overall pesky player. The only shot selection I didn't like was his turnaround fadeaway near the paint when he should have passed it to someone else for a better shot, perhaps a 3. Other then that, most of his threes were good looks that he usually does make.

Farmar played a good game, but you don't want to overplay him and risk an injury. As Majesty stated, the staff probably wants to keep him with the bench to keep the bench active as well as his chemistry with Xavier. Nash playing with the bench would make the bench a greater defensive liability, and with the way Nash has been playing, the fast tempo of the bench would be obsolete.

Pau and Kaman need to get their minutes reduced, and Hill needs an increase.

AMEN TO THAT!!!

However, watching Nash play lately has been really depressing, I hadn't expected to much going into the season but I didn't think he'd be this bad...  I know we have so many players at the point position but I really think we should take a look at Rodrigue Beaubois if we are to unload one.

Where is he now? He's still only 25 years old. Showed promising flashes here & there.

How about before asking this question thinking about what are we going to get for him in this state?  He's a 4M dollar expiring.  He's probably just better off here. No one is giving up a productive guy for Blake.

What about trading him away?
