Didn't Batman also say "Gotham isn't beyond saving" when everything went wrong? ;)

Dwight doesn't understand context, period. Alfred was giving him that speech, not when Bruce Wayne was going into hiding, but when Bruce decided to come out and declare to the world that he's Batman so the Joker would stop killing innocent people. Enduring hate wasn't a problem for Batman, it was enduring other people's suffering.

DH may never win a championship unless he accepts that he is that 2nd fiddle in a team. The Pip to Jordan, the Gasol to Kobe, the Stockton to a Malone.. He's not that offensively gifted he must understand. But if he accepts that he is the defensive anchor, the board scrapper, and the Robin to Batman, then it's a very dangerous team whatever team he is in...

Shouldn't have mentioned the Stockton to Malone when bringing up championships... But I get your point 😉

And used that limited understanding to decide to leave the Lakers for Houston

But Batman never left Gotham...which makes his point moot.

Glad a comicbook character can tell him what to do. I wonder what Pokemon tells him to do? Gotta catch them all Dwight! Ya gotta catch them all!

Sigh Dwight, please don't try to elevate yourself to Nolan's level. It's not gonna happen.

It really disappoints me that someone with the IQ level as Dwight was ever even on this team...

Sometimes Dwight makes Javale McGee look like the next Isaac Newton or Nikola Tesla

Lakers being discussed. Lakers Talk. I must agree. It just doesn't make any sense.

Who cares.
