First game back yesterday. Saw the game on NBATV and I have to say he wasn't lying. He looks a lot like his old self. In fact, he thinks he's even improved athletically:

Rose says vertical has gone up from 37 to 42 since rehab.

Highlights of his first game back:

Nice. Miami might not have a free run to the semi finals again

It'll be interesting to see who among the injured will have the best season?

Kobe

Rose

Rondo

Love

Westbrook

Looking forward to all of them

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health, 2. High Draft Pick (Randle!) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

Damn he looks even faster than before. That's some scary speed and control.

Great to see him back in action. He made the right choice sitting out this entire time until he was comfortable again. Last thing we needed was him to come back early with a huge mental block keeping him from playing how he wants to.

Kobe

Rose.

He sat out a year.

Kinda like Blake Griffin's "rookie" season.

Rondo was injured during last season, and Kobe was injured at the very end, almost when Rose got injured the year before.

Love has something to prove to me. He was "the best" Pf for a stretch despite not being a good defender and getting NO WINS

If they miss the playoffs AGAIN, Love is a nice player but we see he can't carry a team. Reminds me a bot of Bosh in that sense

Rondo

Love

Westbrook

Looking forward to all of them

Right? Seriously. He looked mad (miss ya' NYC & JHizzle) impressive for just his first game back. Looked like he never missed a beat. I was a little skeptical at first about all those claims he made in his athleticism & explosion in that slam article, but he was damn right it seems & then some. Fantastic to see. Easily one of the funnest most exciting guys to see in the game when he's on.

Overall his athleticism seems point, but as far as play making seemed rusty which is to be expected. Wonder where his mindset is, chip on his shoulder or rather just block everything out.

He looked good
Explosive

I bet he is mad that he let the heat win the last 2

When Chicago could have beat them either year

Want to see him use that jumper more but his explosiveness seems to be back his explosive dunks not yet but his explosions to the basket for sure.

Rose is scary good. I do get scared though when he goes up so high and strong on every play, looking like he can twist an ankle or pull a hamstring on any one of those landings.

It's gonna take him playing that way to beat Miami and to be vindicated for taking so much time off. Chicago deserves everything Rose can give them for the playoff runs that could have been.

Good thing is Rose looks ready to give them everything and I like it.

He's a beast but he needs to stop falling down so much, he's going to get hurt again.

Who do you think is faster? Him or Wall?

Looking good. I like D-Rose, I'm happy to see that he's pretty much back to his old self.
