Marcus Landry just completed the Teletovic - 3 airballs in one game.

Yeah, he's gonna get cut soon.

Played better at the end, but will probably be cut.

He can do more for you on the court overall on both ends than Meeks, but at the end of the day, MDA probably loves Jodie too much.

This and when he's on he's very on as evidenced.  He looked really nervous like it was in his head too much but once that first shot fell he was on fire from that point on.

He's a kind of guy where it only takes ONE to get him going.  Meeks on the other hand can make one and miss his next 10 while not playing defense on the other end.

Landry will at least do that.

I know we drank 'shut up juice' on Meeks defensively last year but this year that appears to be non existent.

Since we're all crapping on Meeks, I gotta say...Landry is a better finisher, too.

Well, James was sorta right about that. I mean let's be real, Jodie wasn't exactly always consistent there. The effort was there most of the time, but let's not forget how many times he got abused as well simply because of total mismatches & MDA refusing to make the adjustment (not surprisingly).

yeah and now we have players that matchup better than Meeks does and even ones that shoot better than he can or create their shot better than him so why is he here?

Landry can do what Meeks can if we're asking Meeks to hustle on defense and shoot threes.

He would be a better defender than Meeks(he's 6'7 as well) he can do the one dimensional shooting three's thing too but he can also put the ball on the floor more effectively than Meeks.

So again I stress why is Meeks needed?

Favoritism. Classic case of life ain't fair. What else can it be? Not much else explanation that would make sense.
