I'm sure you've noticed as well, but that's been a very strong point of emphasis from the officials this preseason so far. Looks like they'll be much more strict & accurate on calling illegal screens this year. Not good news especially for KG & Perkins.

I think it only lasts pre-season. 

In important televised games I doubt it gets called very often except in crucial moments.
