I heard Max & Marcellus speak on the whole thing. It was crazy.... Nothing says drama like L.A. I just hope it all works out in the end. It's been said a trillion times. Phil should've been the one.. But..... Oh well.. We, the Lakers Fans, are stuck with the current A** Clown... The Monopoly guy....

I seriously dont get the hate. Good fortune depends on good luck, good timing, good instincts and good people. When Dr. Buss bought the franchise he had magic as the first pick in the draft on a team that had Kareem and Norm Nixon among others and we won the title that first year. Went to final 9 out of 12 years. But from 92-1999 we didnt make the finals but got Shaq and kobe in 96 along with Phil several years later and it set the stage for 7 finals in 11 years.

Like Kobe said at Buss's memorial "WE ALL BELIEVE IN DR. BUSS"

For Christs sake give the person HE chose a chance...maybe its us fans who are spoiled rather than Jim.  Most of them/us sure act like it.

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health (a special 20th season, like he deserves), 2. Draft Picks Ballin (they better. Seems half the team hasnt played in league) 3. Miracle Move (We still need 2 more impact guys), 4. Hibbert (change of scenery and attitude sorely needed) 5. Upshaw (If he works out, mitch and jim and ryan deserve major kudos as the risk is minimal). Staples (some renewed energy in that building, been a total morgue last couple years)

READY FOR SEASON!

Jeanie and Jim Buss on Jeanie's "betrayed" statement in Laker Girl: "Both of us feel this has been resolved and have put this behind us.”

Please, do the same.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

Colin Cowherd discusses Jeanie Buss' statement in her recent book that she felt betrayed when the Lakers hired Mike D'Antoni rather than her fiance, Phil Jackson.
