If Derrick Rose put on 10 lbs of PURE muscle you would immediately tell the difference. Most of the interview is just hype talk. "Im quicker, im more explosive" Ummm really? Athletes don't bodybuild, they do circuit training and conditioning. You aren't going to put on that type of mass recovering from an ACL injury.
I'm a bit anal about it b/c I work out heavy now
He's been healthy and working out for the last 9 months. He hasn't had to "recover" from it since January.
