That depends on your idea of intelligence. Jason probably believes that school teaches only factual knowledge, and not the experience needed to succeed in the real world.
I agree with that to some extent. Most teachers nowadays teach through a text book, and do it just to get paid, not to really teach a classroom. This is why our education system is so flawed. My professors in college usually just recite the text book. This isn't teaching, the students don't really learn anything through this. The reason why we go along with this is because we value the grade we get in our classes simply so we could move on. This forces the student to work toward the grade, and not toward the real education. Some cheat through this, and some are forced to drop out because they are discouraged by a grading system.
Jaden probably wasn't thinking of all that, he probably just didn't wanna go to some paid for private school one day, but it is a good argument.
