I think he misses the old wrestling too much as he sorta alluded to in that video I posted a short while back about him reminiscing about the Attitude era.

That may be true, but rumors are going around that McMahon had a sit down with him yesterday, and punish him about JR not cutting of Flair who was drunk during a video game panel and the 2k officials was not impressed with it. It's on Youtube if you wanna' check it out

I think it's pretty damn stupid if that was the reason. Flair is grown man, and JR is not a baby sitter, but at the same token I understand from a business standpoint that the panel was going off script and it needed to be brought back to earth, if you will

Do you think Vince basically forced him to retire though just so he wouldn't have to literally fire him himself and make himself look worse or could Jim simply have been offended enough after the meeting that he just said enough with it all himself?

That's a good question it can be a lil bit of both to be honest... Plus, Jim has his own side business with his JRBBQ sauce. So, maybe he wanted to put his full attention on that adventure

I think Vince might've gave Jim the impression of something along the lines of the last line in this video:

After all, Vince is obviously extremely arrogant & full of himself. Wouldn't put it past him to pull some [expletive] like that. He has no problem pissing people off.

Yeah, that documentary was awesome  for like the last couple years (3-4) WWE's DVD's documentaries has been REAlLLY good, it's not in character, really behind the sceens stuff. Can't wait for Triple H's to come out. "Thy Kindom Come" I think it's coming out in like a week or 2

More news coming out of this. At a recent Q and A session at a convention. JR told fans that he had no intention on retiring and continuing his work with WWE's developmental, and the only way he'll retire when he is dead and buried

Yup, he got fired

shame

Jesse was great but J.R. Gordon Solie and Joey Styles > Jesse Ventura.
