Trying to get a PS4 before I move in January, and this is going to be the first game I get. Looks incredible.

Game having MAJOR issues across all platforms, although most of the problems(audio cut out, rubber banding, server crashes) have been fixed by DICE in the past few days with patches. but one ENORMOUS issue still remains, and that is the netcode. Hit detection and lag are all over the place right now. You shoot a guy and hit him multiple times, and he gets away unharmed. meanwhile you get shot at, get behind cover and STILL get shot. This one is going to be a tough fix. Hopefully the PS4 release goes a bit more smooth because I get more and more stoked every time I watch more gameplay.

Anyway, some exciting news, new Second Assault trailer is out.

The return of Operation Metro(64 player rush/conquest :woot:) , this time with LEVOLUTION! lol. This is gonna be awesome.

Also, DAT F2000 will be part of that DLC. 13,000+ kills with it on BF3

trailer breakdown by Westie, how I found out about the F2000 coming back.:

Got a round of TDM in on Paracel Storm before the game crashed.

14-8. Took 2 tags.

Gorgeous visuals.

gunplay feels tight.

You don't have to just be a BF guy or COD guy, I play both and have been enjoying COD since cod2 on 360 and battlefield 2 on 360.

Campaign save files have been erased twice already due to game crashes.

a known issue according to a quick Google search.

On the plus side just had a 19-9 domination round. Came in with 100 or so tix left.

K/D fluctuating a lot lol.

Still havent even been able to join a Conquest match, regular or Large. Wtf.

there's open slots, but I get a "failed to join game, please check your network connection and try again." Error message.

TDM and Domination I haven't had any joining issues with.

I hope all the issues are ironed out by the time I get this. I'll have the spending money in about 2 and a half weeks and then it's just a matter of tracking down the system, which shouldn't be too hard because a lot of places have some around here.

only TDM and Domination working for me.

just finished a 24-4 domination on Dawn breaker. Unlocked the M416 mid round and got 13 kills with it in 4 min lol

wanna get my k/d to 2 this time around, currently at 1.58(154-97). got myself in a huge hole in BF3 and it took me like 20,000 kills to get to .500

anyone having issues with their Battlelog stats not showing up when you check them in-game?

I can check them fine on the Battlelog Android app and my PC, but not in-game?

maybe because there's 2 ID's tied to the same Origin account? idk.

By then these issues should be long gone. I would say in the next 3-5 days Sony should have psn running smoothly. On top of this there should be patches for a few games rolling out in the next week to fix some kinks. I noticed once I updated my nba2k14 when I was playing every once in a while during the game it would freeze for a second then come back. Probably a problem that happened due to the first patch. By a week I would like to believe all games and psn to be running without a hitch for the most part.

Cool stuff, looks like me not getting it on release wasn't so bad after all, ha

^^^ Yea their are certainly perks of not getting it right away. However, I never got a launch console before and it was pretty cool to boot up the system on launch day.

Game has crashed 4 times in about 5 min.

Not only that, but when you initiate the game again you get a message saying "your save game files are corrupt and could not be read by the game, continuing will overwrite the save."

So I'd advice against playing the campaign until DICE patches this.

multiplayer data is unaffected tho.

Hope all these issues get resolved quickly.

What's the deal with Sony lately? First all the issues with the new GTA online & now this? Who's in charge? Some people apparently need to get fired.

yo.

This isn't a sony issue.. It's EA. Battlefield is having issues on all systems including PC..

^it's on both Sony and DICE.

Sony for not being ready for a massive amount of traffic on their network and thus PSN going down yesterday.

And on DICE/EA for releasing a game that's clearly bugged and constantly crashing.

game just crashed on me again b4 posting this. This time mid-match, so I DO lose what I did during the match up until that point. Smh.
