Unable to listen to it at work.  Hook it up with what he said.  Knowing Mitch, he probably doesn't say anything interesting.    I already have stock answers from him.

The Herd asked good questions.
Herd... I feel the whole Mike Brown/ MDA fire hire was handled clumsy. He then asked Mitch his take.

Mitch.... He agreed.. and that it was no way around it.

Herd... Are you comfortable with the new management, Jim/Jeanie Buss

Mitch... It will take time. But he has 100% confidence. In management.

Herd.. is Kobe s Laker in three years?

Mitch.. if he can maintain the high level of play... But also said, nothing lady forever

Herd...Was it a mistake to have Kobe in the pitch meeting in the Dwight meeting?

Mitch... No. We wanted to air out everything.. but he Saud it was a very tough productive meeting

Herd... Is rebuilding an option? Is it better getting a top lottery pick?

Mutch... Doesn't agree. Said that even we ended up with the worse record, they are knot garuntee the top pick... And that the 10th, 11th and 12th pick doesn't gsruntee talent . As far as free agents go... He doesn't see rebuilding as just looking at signing free agents, but also trading due to having spending power to take other teams contracts
Here... Is Phil talking and coaching the Laker personnel bother MDA and had he talked to about Phil?

Mitch... It has to hurt him a little with the Phil talk , but he has had not spoke to Mitch about the Phil talk

Btw. I paraphrased everything.

Here's the interview

http://espn.go.com/e...play?id=9570685

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."
