Tolliver said the Lakers recently called his agent, Larry Fox, to express interest. He said talks are still preliminary but he would have definite interest if the Lakers turn out to be a serious option.

Interesting. I just read an article this morning saying he was already down to his final three, the Bulls, Jazz, and Bobcats .

 

Might be posturing by him and his agent.

Again? He's a 4 who can shoot 3's but he hasn't shot the bell well the past 2 seasons.

yea.. a few years ago, he had potential...

 

of course...

a few years ago troy murphy was dropping 20/10 almost every night...

I don't perceive anything unique in Tolliver's game. Not only is the guy a terrible defender, but he shoots atrociously. Sure he can hit threes, but not consistently. I'd much rather have Lamar Odom...

I 2nd this.  He's one of those classic guys that have a certain ability but don't do it well.  Like his outside shot and 3pt.
