If you were in charge of the Cavaliers, how would you have handled their previous 3 drafts?

I'm looking over the Cavs' past 3 drafts and I'm thinking they could have put together an even better, younger roster than what they have right now. So, all things remaining constant, here's how I would have played out their drafts in '11, '12, and '13. What would you have done differently?

2011:

1. (1) Kyrie Irving, PG

1b. (5) Jonas Valanciunas, C (Instead of Tristan Thompson, PF)

2012:

1. (4) Harrison Barnes, SF (Instead of Dion Waters, SG)

-Lillard seems like an obvious choice because of value, but for the sake of putting the best

well-rounded team together, I went with Barnes. Thomas Robinson was a close 2nd.

1b. (17) Perry Jones, PF (Instead of Tyler Zeller, C)

2013:

1. (1) Victor Oladipo, SG (Instead of Anthony Bennet, PF)

       - Considred Ben Mac, Otto Porter, and Nerlens Noel.

PG: Kyrie Irving

SG: Victor Oladipo

SF: Harrison Barnes

PF: Perry Jones

C: Jonas Valanciunas

That's how I would have played it out, hindsight being 20/20. You have the superstar in the making in Kyrie, a legitimate low post scoring presence in Jonas, a highly skilled offensive big man in Perry, a well rounded, prototypical small forward in Barnes, and a terror defensively on the perimeter in Victor.

They got Kyrie irving and let's see what Waiters and Bennett look like in 2-3 years from now

Heading into the draft I'm sure the Cavaliers drafted guys whom performed best during their summer sesssions and teams particularly pass up specific guys and choose others due how well they fit within the given roster.  Dion Waiters was very hyped heading into the 2012 draft and so did Tristan Thompson.  Bennett however was a shocker for me, I think they should have drafted either Nerlens Noel or Otto Porter.  Still, when any team drafts its always a hit or miss, some guys translate from college into the NBA very well while others take awhile and in some cases never do.

Kyrie Irving however is a straight studd and will be the point guard to watch for seasons to come.  Without a doubt my 2nd favorite player in the NBA right now.

This question is flawed.

You're dealing with hindsight, that's always 20/20.

Exactly, the success of a pick can never be determined before hand.  Hence the reason for the term "bust"

Exactly, Waiters has a nice skill set.  Not sure why guys keep raggin on that pick.  Cavs may have a logjam in the frontcourt but they have some good young assets to play with.

If I were the owner of the Cavs I would have submitted my draft selections in comic sans
