Probably won't get many minutes. @WojYahooNBA: Forward Elias Harris has agreed to a two year deal with Lakers, agent Brad Ames tells Y! Deal includes "significant" guarantee in 1st year.

Not a shocker...would be shocked if they turned Daye down.

If he has a significant money guarentee, he'll be on the roster.

Farmar had significant money, and he was in the D-League for a bit. granted he played for the Lakers at night

Farmar was also a first rounder so he was guaranteed money.

They just gave an undrafted player guaranteed money. With the Lakers financial situation, hard to see them giving him guaranteed money to be in the d-league.

Welcome Elias Harris!!! Dont mind us picking him up. They must be quite high on him. May be other teams were interested why he was signed without even going through Training camp to win a spot. Good prospect who if improves his outside shooting could have potential. Id say 2nd year is most likely non guaranteed.

How can "significant" money be guaranteed if all we have is the vets minimum?

Total players sign to Lakers is now 12. Ryan Kelly still not signed. Elias Harris is a high energy/ hustle player. Almost identical to Udonis Haslem build both 6'8 and weighs almost the same except Harris is 4 pounds heavier 239lbs. Chris Douglas Roberts should get a deal, because he deserved it last year and he showed he can help bring other things to our team such as defense and assisting.
