Yeah, pretty unbelievable considering we definitely didn't send as good of a team as Brazil out there in this tournament imo, were missing our best player from this team in Dos Santos for this game, were dominated the whole game as far as ball possession goes & opportunities and all in all still, we [expletive]in' did it, so proud.

This Brazil team is basically the same team that will be at the World cup 2014. give or take a couple of players this was basically their A team.

Which makes it that much sweeter.

And we keep our undefeated streak vs Brasil. Mexico has never lost to Brazil in a final. 5 wins 0 losses 1 draw.

Also, who are some of the guys on this roster outside of more than likely safe bets Dos Santos, Salcido, & possibly Corona, do you expect to see sent out on our main team in Brazil in 2014? Fabian? Peralta? Enriquez? ???

Since Chicharito is over 23 he needs permission from his club. Manchester United didn't let him go.

Salcido isn't a safe bet imo. He sucks ass now. But yea Gio and Corona.

as for the others:

Marco Fabian, Peralta (If he manages to keep up his form), Chaton, Herrera, Mier, and Diego Reyes. Maybe Aquino depending on how he develops in these next couple of years.

^ & from the main team already, Chicharito, De Nigris, Barrera, Guardado, Torres Nilo, Carlos Vela, Carlos Fierro, Julio Gomez, Jonathan Espericueta, Antonio Briseno, Marco Bueno, Gio's Brother, Arellano,??? Who else? and are any that I mentioned possibly not going? If so, tell me who you think not. any chance Nery Castillo somehow someway comes along?

I misread your post. Those are the players i think will transition to the first team. As far as them being at the 2014 world cup? well it's too early to tell, really.

Fierro, Julio Gomez, Espericueta, Briseno, Bueno are still too young i think and they're not on the first team. Yet

Arrellano isn't in the first team either. Don't think he'll make it either since we have better players at that position.

Vela and Jona hopefully. Not sure what their situation/realtionship with Chepo is at the moment.

^ Those are probably shoe ins for the most part. barring any major injuries.

As for the rest there's too many factors to really pick a team right now. Since we don't know how these new players will integrate with the old or what form they'll be in 2 years from now. And we still got Qualifiers, Gold cup, Confederations cup, friendlies, and several youth tournaments see who should/shouldn't go to the wc.

^ Thanks and yeah, you're probably right. Far too many unknowns, questions, & what-ifs right now. Time will tell, but one thing's for certain, it's nice to have that many talented, full of potential, and as well as young options.

Horrible team Mexico put out there today. U.S. for the most part as well, but just c'mon now. Not enough offensive players. They should've just sent the Olympic team actually, [expletive]. If they could beat an almost full strength full squad at their best Brazil team, no doubt they would've handled this scrub team the U.S. sent. Chepo should be embarrassed.
