JR Smith had knee surgery, Knicks just announced. Recovery is 12-16 weeks.

Smith had patella tendon surgery and arthroscopy for tear in lateral meniscus. Knicks say injuries were "chronic and gradually worsened"

Looks like MWP might have to be even more of a scorer than initially planned.

The more he messes up, the closer Melo gets to being a Laker.

A bad signing turns into an even worse signing.

Way to go Knicks - not unexpected.

As was already said, welcome to the Lakers Carmelo - now get LeBron to come with you.

Well that would be interesting wouldn't it?

3 of the Redeem Team on the Lakers.

What's even more interesting is if not for Stern's interruption and Dwight's cowardice we'd have the entire starting lineup.
