"It strikes a cord with so many athletes because a vast majority are African American men. ... To sit here and say I am disgusted with the verdict -- I think I speak for a lot of people within the African American community."

Stopped watching there. The media ignited racial divide continues...

Some athletes gave intelligent responses, that even though they disagreed with the outcome, they respected the system...

And, on the other hand, some, wished death on the jurors... and called for a manhunt on Zimmerman...

Why the hell is ESPN talking about this. Has nothing to do with sports.

They used athletes' tweets about the subject as an excuse to talk about it.

Well then you missed out on a beautiful points he made after the BUT cause there was a BUT and he also talked about the prosecutions mistakes etc and what they didn't live up to.

So your loss for judging too quickly and coming to the wrong conclusion because of it.

You can't have pie and cake. Choose one or the other, don't give me "buts."

Maybe you should watch the whole statement and see how wrong you were.

First he said how it effected him on the emotional side, and then BUT looking at the evidence.. this is the case.

Again, maybe you should watch the whole thing before jumping on the "OMG ITS ANOTHER RACE THING BLAH BLAH" bandwagon cause you are 500% wrong.   Watch his entire statement, it was beautiful and well spoken.

I don't mind being wrong, unlike some people on this board.

However, I am not going to waste my time listening to other people's opinions of Trayvon Martin on ESPN. Ha! That's comical right there. My time shall be better spent elsewhere... I'll be wrong on this one. :)

You were the one that decided to click on the video in the first place.  So now ain't the time to try to say "I got better things to do than waste my time listening to ESPN" when you clicked on the video in the first place to see what they had to say and then came to the wrong conclusion when you thought they were gonna give a biased racial side ;) That's what's comical.

Have a nice day

40 seconds < 15 minutes

But that's okay.

Edit: I will edit my post to tell you to have a nice day as well, good sir.
