Wow... I was working the graveyard shift then and had to leave for work early in the 4th...  I clocked in and found a PC in the back of the warehouse and watched the play by play.  About an hour later, I'm celebrating and my boss is right behind me, lol... Thanks, Ron, it was well worth the write up!

You gotta admit.. that moment.. the lighting. the announcing, the shot, the camera angles.  Everything about that moment...was perfect.... in my eyes.

I've always liked Steve Blake.

Even when I was furiously frustrated with Metta's questionable in-game decisions, I still loved the dude. It was impossible for me to stay mad at him once the game ended lol. Thanks for the ring, Ron (#37), and thanks for the smiles, Metta (#15).

That was such a beautiful moment. He immediately ran to Kobe. We possibly wouldn't have won that series if he didn't do that.

Mike D'Antoni is GARBAGE.

Still the best post game conference of all time. That last minute when he's talking about Kobe and Phil is just legendary.

I'm still convinced he put away three bottles of champagne on his own before that presser tho lol.

It's funny because ll Ron did in Game 7 is do what he was supposed to do.
Defenses were practically ignoring him. He hit his open shots and created shots for himself and others against a team that was zoned up against Kobe. But Metta is that type of player.

He has a big heart and could be depended upon in high leverage moments.

Thanks MWP for your relentless effort, heart, determination, and toughness.

I appreciated his willingness to be the team enforcer. Every team needs someone who's not gonna let his teammates get punked and MWP was out guy

Best wishes, Metta. I'll buy YOU a drink if you ever wander into a club I'm at
