Maggette and MWP can arm wrestle for the starting 3 spot. Would be fun to watch.

He's always been one of the very best in the league at drawing contact/fouls and getting to the free-throw line when he sets his mind to it.

Wonder if the lakers are actually interested in him or if he's just trying to get their attention. Either way if we amnesty world peace I'd be fine with maggette on a one year deal at this point lol

One thing Maggette can do that won't change no matter how old he gets?

He draws more fouls than John James Audubon (bad joke, I know).

For vet min, couldn't hurt...

Lakers need some1 who can get to the free throw line with regularity & put pressure on opposing team in foul area.

I heard Stacey Augman is also available.  So is Slava Medvedenco. Anybody else want to end their career as a laker? Come on down.  Hey Irverson, I heard you're broke, I think we might have a spot for you.

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

Some of y'all act much too stuck up in player evaluation.

Corey maggette can still play.

i would say he will be better than Jamison was last year, if he isn't broken down. He is pretty buff and sometimes those guys break down earlier.

Not a good shooter, but can still slash and get to the line on the break.

i like Cm , especially for vet min
