Steve Blake for Trevor Ariza?

Blake would be a nice back-up in Washington and Ariza would probably love to go back to LA. Salaries dont really match, but it should be possible to work around it...

He's an expiring contract which is great, but it wouldn't be easy to match salaries...

I would like that trade, seems fair but the Wizards did just get Maynor via free agency and im not so sure they are ready to thrust Porter into a huge role so I think they still see use for Ariza.

I would love to see Ariza back in purple and gold but they did just get Maynor via free agency and im not so sure they want to put Porter into a big role right away so they still have use for Ariza.

Rudy Gay for draft picks, cash, box of rocks, and some season passes to Disneyland California adventure.

Collangelo is gone so I bet the new guy is not familiar with this mitch kupcheck dude.

If not an option go after Mickael Petrus

You're nuts. The guy who replaced Colangelo happens to be the most recent GM of the year...

As for SFs, I only see Pietrus taking the vets min, but he was brutal last season as a Raptor...he was bricking 3s like Metta or even worse.

The only wings I see that played in the league last year that are reasonable to get with the vet that would be somewhat a nice fit are:

Ronnie Brewer

Nick Young

Wesley Johnson

Mickael Pietrus

Marquis Daniels

Austin Daye

Sam Young

@LakersReporter Among those working out for the Lakers this morning in advance of the summer league roster being finalized: Chris Douglas-Roberts.

Hell no. He's a 4, and a terrible one at that.

Lakers have enough scorers in the starting line up. Bring in Ronnie Brewer. He's a good defensive SF to replace Ron.
