You can go either Kevin Love or Rajon Rondo. But I know Kevin Love would "Love" to be a Laker.

Honestly, I'd rather have Love than Rondo. Although I love Rondo's game, but...he's a head case, Love is a safer bet.

I always thought Melo would be the one we bring in 2014. Melo probably realized by now he cannot defeat Lebron's team in EC. The best way for him to reach Finals is with a team in West. WC will be a lot more competitive in next few years but with Lakers and Kobe it is worth a shot.

PG Steve Nash

SG Kobe Bryant

SF Carmelo Anthony

PF DeMarcus Cousins

C Pau Gasol

I'll def like the Lakers going after DMC as well.

We actually have a shot with Melo and I used to not be a big fan of him but I feel like his mentality about wanting to win has changed a lot recently.

Hmmm

http://www.cbssports...s-no-going-back

We could analyze the unavoidable, yet still unseemly conflict of interest inherent in agent Rob Pelinka's role in all of this. Pelinka, after all, represents Harden, who lobbied Howard to leave Bryant, who is Pelinka's most accomplished client, which could result in Bryant being denied his last, best chance to win his sixth championship. Gross? No, just part of the business.

I would much rather the Lakers go after Kevin Love than Carmelo.

And the Lakers would pay for Carmello how?

The salary cap has huge treble penalties for going over the cap three years in a row, so you are seeing a lot of teams jetsoning super-stars.

Kobe or Dwight would have to be gone for Carmello to come here.  Carmello Anthony has only won one(1) playoff series, which was this year against Boston.  Great shooter but a defensive liability.  And he is under contract until after 2015.

Pass on Carmello.

Would like Carmelo here. Always one of my favorite players. Kobe can influence him positively.

Arash Markazi: Stephen A. says it's 50-50 Carmelo Anthony leaves New York next year and it's 50-50 he comes to the Lakers. Twitter

The Five Stages of Grief

http://grief.com/the...tages-of-grief/

Denial

This first stage of grieving helps us to survive the loss. In this stage, the world becomes meaningless and overwhelming. Life makes no sense. We are in a state of shock and denial. We go numb. We wonder how we can go on, if we can go on, why we should go on. We try to find a way to simply get through each day. Denial and shock help us to cope and make survival possible. Denial helps us to pace our feelings of grief. There is a grace in denial. It is nature’s way of letting in only as much as we can handle.

As you accept the reality of the loss and start to ask yourself questions, you are unknowingly beginning the healing process. You are becoming stronger, and the denial is beginning to fade. But as you proceed, all the feelings you were denying begin to surface.

Maybe they just wanted to have lunch, and catch up? Does everything have to be some kind of master plan?

The only unfortunate thing is that Jim Buss would actually be stupid enough to sign Melo.
