It's suspicion because Lamar refused to take a field sobriety test and refused the required chemical test at the station.

Has nothing to do with "DWB".

Got it, damn I need to brush up on my rights last time I refuse any test from Police Officer, my face either laid on concrete/grass or arrested. Celebrity/ rich and their special treatment it's not fair.

You do need to brush up on it obviously.

Lamar's going through something serious yet you want to turn it into a race thing. Unbelievable.

DWB means Driving without Brakes no racial thing suggested. :cool2:

California Highway Patrol officer observed him driving erratically on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, Tang said.A CHP report notes that Odom was driving in a "serpentine manner."

the topic of this needs to be changed, and moved to NBA talk...

Love the dude as a Laker, he did good things, but he has gone off the rail, the last few weeks have been messed up for him

Tommy Sotomayor met Lamar, so it more likely true. He also likes to go in on black men/women actions, so if he could have said Lamar Odom on crack he would have. The man already gets a lot of views though from his other topics including poundcake, beasties, madden king, twerking, why people let fight go on to put it on worldstar, etc and has other youtube channels. Man has his opinion I agree with some.

So is there a report anywhere that says 100% we are officially done with considering bringing him back whatsoever?

^ He had his chance, but we ultimately chose Nick Young over him. Can't blame us one bit on that front.

He had a mental breakdown two years ago, and his downfall continues to spiral downward.

Bear in mind that he married a Kardashian.  That ought to be enough to suggest to some that he was mental before he got married, and if not mental before, that family might drive one to insainity.  What a three ring circus.

He was a terrific basketball player as a Clipper and as a Laker, let us not forget that fact.

Wasn't there a stipulation about if he went to rehab we would sign him earlier?
