In all honesty despite his talent I'd be more worried about Oden being injured.

I mean coming off the bench for D12 would have been great.  Asking him to start and play a whole season(unless he's coming off the bench for Gasol) could be bad.

i dont think he better than D12 is no shape or form never has been & never will be

You really must not know basketball. #12 is no where near as skilled as Bynum. More explosive, more athletic, But I'd take a Healthy very good and getting better 25 year old Bynum over a topped out #12. What you see from #12 is all he will ever be. Now with that said, Bynum will never be healthy and will always want major money so its mute. By the way; Dallas more than likely will sign him

He's probably going to Dallas.

Can't hurt.

Many people keep forgetting that Bynum wanted out from under Kobe's shadow also.  He won't want to return...

As a ton of other posters said I would prefer to give Oden a shot. Apparently he has looked good and moving well. Could turn out to be a very good move if it pays off.

He's probably going to Dallas.

that would be great! considering how ex-Lakers have been screwing with the Mavs lately (Odom, Fisher). Drew will talk a good talk and then sit on the bench and take Cuban's money all season.

I think Oden is fundementally brittle

If Drew would play for mMLE, it would be a good risk

even an unhealthy D12 last yr is better than healthy Bynum. Dallas will be the next fool to give BYnum a contract & get burned in the end when he dont play.
