Yeah they have a pretty crappy roster this year.  You guys talk about them contending in one thread and bash the roster in another.

Lol, I didn't say they're a garbage team heck they definitely improved this year, but they failed at getting the superstars they were going for the past 2-3 years, no?

Example:

Dwight Howard

CP3

Deron Williams

Melo

Bosh

They're lucky Houston didn't want to match that Parsons offer.

Sounds a lot like Steve Ballmer.

If there were more owners like him, the NBA would have more parity. He's not afraid to spend money and not afraid to take chances to make his team better. He treats his stars well and does anything to win.

Sounds a lot like Steve Ballmer.

Maybe. I think we'll have to give Ballmer some time to see how good he is, but he's better than Sterling by default.

Wonder how many in clippers organization are fuming they cant have APPLE products at work?

He's already pissed off many imo.

I can just see him snatching employees IPHONES/IPADS away like a teacher confiscating things from middle school students.

EMPLOYEE: But Mr. Ballmer....Blake Griffin has one.

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health (looks pretty good so far), 2. High Draft Pick (Randle...injured game #1.*sigh*) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of, Davis, nice upside!), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

Brooks: Tanking Isn't Something Thunder Will Consider
Nov 12, 2014 11:18 AM EST

Brooks_Scott_okc_091219.jpg

Scott Brooks flatly rejected Mark Cuban's suggestion that the Oklahoma City Thunder tank the season due to injuries to Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

"I don't really pay much attention to other people's thoughts on our team," Brooks said. "I know what we're about; I know what our organization is about. Everybody has their opinion and they're entitled to that.

"Tanking is not something that we will consider. I don't think any team is focused on doing that. You're a pro team; you get paid to play and play as hard as you can."

I think he is an ok owner. He is over rated as an owner. The best owners in sports are usually the ones that are not very known to the public. The ones that doesn't toot their own horns.  Who is the owner of the Spurs? Who is the owner of the SF Giants? Dr Buss are never in the lime light as much as we think he was. We as laker fans know who Dr Buss is but believe it or not he is not as well known to some people outside of Los Angeles as you might think.  Cuban is not a bad owner but I believe he is over rated. He made a lot of mistakes as an owner and at times a business man. Not everything he touches turns to gold.

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

Cuban is a straight up idiot in my opinion.. First he hopes the Lakers would suck forever then now he wants to move his team to the eastern conference.

Mavs owner Cuban takes subtle jab at Fisher http://dlvr.it/7f5GQ6

Cuban was asked if he was concerned about Fisher’s commitment to the struggling Knicks, who have dropped 10 of 12.
“I’m more concerned with his health and welfare. I know how hard it is for him to fly and travel and be away,” Cuban said sarcastically.

Fisher played nine games with Dallas in 2012-13 before asking to be released because he said he was having a difficult time being away from his family in Los Angeles.

His attention shifted East lol.
