Damnit! we're losing everyone guys.

Dwight's going to leave to.

Mitch better get on the phone, call Dwight and tell him that next year he'll be playing with Kobe, Nash, Melo and Bron! otherwise we're [expletive]ed!

Even if Dwight comes back he was going to leave because the Cavs offered him a better deal. The Lakers wanted him to come back on a 1 year deal and the Cavs offered him 2 years/9 million. Hard to turn down a deal that averages 4.5 million per year.

Earl is a good player, but he is not worth 4.5 million per season.

Clark is gone, Duhon is out and D12 is probably gone too.

Our Orlando contingent is now dissolved.

The only athletic players we have are Dwight and Earl and now all these grubby teams going after them like relentless salesmen.

If the Lakers don't retain Dwight, I can see Cleveland being better...

Trevor Ariza and Shannon Brown 2.0 just watch.  All are very athletic and developed and showed there talent with LA.

Then once signed with another team show that they are just mediocre at best.

@mcten: Earl Clark has signed a 2-year deal worth $9 million with Cleveland, according to Brian Windhorst. First reported by the Sporting News

From Mcnemanin. Get that $$ Earl I had a feeling he was gonna go... Good role player who will give effort to CLE

Matt Barnes, Lamar odom cone home.

Bring back Bynum too, and trade Steve Nash back to Phoenix for Shannon Brown.  Let's give those 2010 Lakers another shot.

Congrats to Earl. Really wanted him to stay but financially he couldnt turn down close to MLE type money. Best of luck for the future Eazy.

I thought he was gone at the right price.

They don't want to give him a multi-year deal because they want to keep their 2014 cap space. I think the best way to keep him would've been to pay him a lot for one year. But, I don't think they would want to go too far even with that because they're already in luxury tax territory even without Dwight.

Pretty disappointed that Earl has left but I'm glad he didn't choose the Clippers or Heat. That would of hurt a lot.

Good luck to the guy though. He has a bright future and I enjoyed watching him play for us.
