Former LAL guard J. Farmar and the Lakers have been in touch. Source characterized it as "mutual interest," but depends on other dominoes

Absolutely. Next year is a throw away year. Pump up his stats and sell high on him with his fools gold trade value under MDA's system.

Man, the Lakers' eye for supporting talent is really terrible.

Didn't he want to be a starter so he left LA?

I wonder wat this means for blake. If they were smart they would trade him while his value is high.

Yeah, but other teams have had the same limitations and still have been able to get talent. The Spurs and Heat come to mind.

I think it's also just the Lakers not having a good eye on who to go after. They went heavily after Meeks last year, and he was awful for the Lakers this season.

Blake is still better than him and a more consistent shooter and better passer, better defender and less mistake prone.   Only thing Farmar has on Blake is age, and it ain't THAT big of an advantage.

pass.

If Dwight come back, aim for championship
If not, aim for wiggins

I wonder if these free agents moves tip the hat one way or another
