Pacers could use him.  They had trouble scoring all year.  He may get a lot of playing time over there, especially since Indiana will most likely try and trade Granger's expiring contract before the Feburary 2014 deadline.  Could even use the amnesty on him, if they wanted to.  Re-signing David West puts them over the cap, and dropping Granger would knock $14 million off the books.

Steve Kyler @stevekylerNBA 57s

RT @jaredzwerling: The Lakers have made an exploratory offer to Chris Copeland, but no signing. Cope awaits further offers & #Knicks.

Copeland would be a decent pick up if we can get him for cheap.

To me it looks like New York, Indiana or the Lakers for Copeland.

He'd be a good pickup though with the loss of Clark. Would start him over Artest that's for sure.

if we sign Copeland, the loss of Clark stings a little less.

But AGAIN it all depends on what Dwight does!

Chris Copeland was obviously Option B if Clark left then?

Didn't take the Lakers long did it.

One can only hope he takes it!

IF Dwight re-signs I'm, sure he will.

COME ON DWIGHT!!! Please re-sign with us!!!! So we can start bringing these guys in!!

29 year old that shot 47% from the field, 42% from three and has starter potential.

You don't say no if Copeland wants in at OUR price because "oh he's 29"

Is 29 the new 33 or something?

That's good news if we can get Copeland. It would be the first piece of good news this off-season. If Dwight re-signs, it would set off a domino effect of other moves.

im fine with him coming at the right price...
but, most of the time when you sign a player coming off their rookie season, your not expecting to sign a 30 year old...

potential is not really a word you want associated with a 30 year old player

if age was such a factor would he have even put forth the year he did that would garner that kind of attention?
