Also Rambis could be the guy that works with the big men here's an update on the situation

Darius Soriano @forumbluegold

Rambis also worked w/ LA's big men before he moved on to Minnesota. He could replace Person in that role on this staff.

I think you guys are looking to much into this. Its just to appease the fans because everyone hates MDA.

False. Don't buy into what Ric Bucher said.

Rambis wouldn't come back to just help D'Antoni look good for the fans. Give him more credit than that.

Some people like Ric Bucher would rather try to make up stories to feed negativity than embrace and acknowledge the ones of positivity.

If they brought back Phil tomorrow Bucher would find a way to put a negative spin on it.

Well he hasn't been hired yet so maybe MDA is trying to get him to apease fans and Rambis is saying no to it.

or the buss family is slowly piecing their plan together. roland thinks it's more of a phil, rambis, dantoni trio type deal. basically rambis and phil teaching dantoni how to run his stuff through the triangle.

my guess is phil becomes some director of something.

if they go that route. but i still think there is a chance that phil is the coach

^ Poor D'Antoni. I can see it now. Phil & Kurt just bullying him around clowning on him whenever they feel. It's sort of a win-win situation in some sense though. They can bully & clown on him enough to ultimately drive him mad to the point of not being able to take it anymore and resigning.

Phil: You can't sit in my chair unless you learn my style.  Also, I notice your facial expressions change 30 times during the course of a game.... might I recommend Zen?

Sources: Lakers management waiting on a what they call "a reaching post by Real Deal" . This post must impy that it's a "reach" to hire Phil Jackson.

It looks to me like that Phil Jackson has already agreed to coach the team, but only if Dwight re-signs.  So the Lakers won't actually fire D'Antoni until Dwight officially signs the dotted line.

It's pretty obvious what's going on, I think.

Okay, THIS is a step in the right direction. Rambis can't be for MDA.
