I wouldn't be surprised if Pau end up being back with Memphis and team up with his bro to be the next twin towers.

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

thanks for the imagery

these guys must be taking in a ton of calories though in all fairness they probably dont feel like doing anything after an 82+ game season. i would imagine they are letting those nice young ladies do all the work

Abdul-Jabbar told the San Francisco Chronicle last month he met Howard only once and that Howard expressed an interest in learning from the former Lakers captain but he never again reached out to Abdul-Jabbar.

‘He’s charming, he’s charismatic, very nice young man,’ Abdul-Jabbar said. ‘Maturity-wise, he doesn’t get it.’

if these were normal dudes, with normal lives then this wouldn't be an issue... but these are multi-million dollar PROFESSIONAL athletes who have access to some of the top athletic trainers, nutritionist, weight rooms..... how the hell aren't they all ripped?  at least six pack...4 pack...  ok well abs is the hardest thing to get... how about arms?

To be fair, it is extremely hard to stay in top shape all year. Having to constantly have a caloric deficit takes a toll after a while.

I was as disgusted as most people were here for how he played this season. Fans using his decent run at the end of the season to justify his entire season was laughable.

But, you can't really judge players for how they look this deep into the offseason. I remember seeing pictures of Kobe looking out of shape during the offseason too over the years.

The only time I ever remember Kobe looking out of shape in off-season picks were after surgery

I don't think those were the only instances. But, I'm not sure. I don't really care enough to remember pictures.

The point is, I don't think most professional athletes are at their peak year around. It's just a tough thing to do. Mixed martial artists and boxers really balloon up when they're not training for fights.

It's the off season, some of you are really over reacting for nothing. Do you really think they will be out of shape when the season starts?<br />Some of your responses are really hilarious.

True, but he doesn't really need a different body to play well. And I think he has played quite well this season.
