Elena Delle Donne 23 points tonight on 8-13 from the field including 3-5 from 3, 4-5 FTs, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks.

Her team now has the second best record in the league at 11-4.

She is killin' it folks.

Society is so sexist. The WNBA is a good product but people won't even give it a chance

Sparks are one of the funnest basketball teams to watch.

Not just WNBA teams... TEAMS in general.   They are VERY fun to watch and make the game look so fun.    Love their run and gun in combination with their halfcourt game and fast break prowess and open court passing as well as  their defense.   Some amazing half court passes tonight.

Delle Donne is such a beauty beast. Destroying the rookie of the year competition and even a candidate for MVP:

Delle Donne's a top 5 candidate for MVP. Obviously she's already long had the rookie of the year on lock easily. She is awesome.

She's also.. ahem.. clutch..

^ Highly doubt it, but you need to start showin' some love to EDD. I know BG's your girl & all you've made that clear from the start, but EDD's been doin' it big on another level all season.

Surely she'll be rookie of the year, I wish Brit hadn't gotten injured in her knee from the 2nd game of the season and needing to play with that nagging injury all year.   You can obviously tell as she has little to no lateral movement at this time.

But Donne will win rookie of the year.

Candace deserves MVP.

Of course she will I mean she's even in the MVP discussion (though she won't get it & I agree with that) so it couldn't be any more surer.

Yeah that's unfortunate about Griner, but even aside from injury issues, I think she's gonna' need to bulk up a bit more if possible in the offseason. It hasn't been nearly as easy for her in this higher level with bigger bodies & tougher players. Still needs time & work to adjust to the physicality of the pros.

Sad thing is people come to see her dunk cause she can throw it down like no other.

That knee injury prevents that and if it becomes nagging she may never dunk again...

That's the saddest part.

So both of my teams went down game 1 with homecourt. Sparks & then earlier today the Sky. Both Candace & EDD each had solid games, but their teammates for the most part stunk it up. All must-win game 2s.
