Society is so sexist. The WNBA is a good product but people won't even give it a chance

Sparks are one of the funnest basketball teams to watch.
Not just WNBA teams... TEAMS in general. They are VERY fun to watch and make the game look so fun. Love their run and gun in combination with their halfcourt game and fast break prowess and open court passing as well as their defense. Some amazing half court passes tonight.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

Delle Donne's a top 5 candidate for MVP. Obviously she's already long had the rookie of the year on lock easily. She is awesome.
She's also.. ahem.. clutch..

Anyone catch the Dream Shake Candace used on Britney today?
Posted September 15, 2013 - 10:18 PM
Surely she'll be rookie of the year, I wish Brit hadn't gotten injured in her knee from the 2nd game of the season and needing to play with that nagging injury all year. You can obviously tell as she has little to no lateral movement at this time.
But Donne will win rookie of the year.
Candace deserves MVP.

Of course she will I mean she's even in the MVP discussion (though she won't get it & I agree with that) so it couldn't be any more surer.
Yeah that's unfortunate about Griner, but even aside from injury issues, I think she's gonna' need to bulk up a bit more if possible in the offseason. It hasn't been nearly as easy for her in this higher level with bigger bodies & tougher players. Still needs time & work to adjust to the physicality of the pros.

Sad thing is people come to see her dunk cause she can throw it down like no other.
That knee injury prevents that and if it becomes nagging she may never dunk again...
That's the saddest part.
