Pau to be amnestied if Dwight Howard stays?

They wont amnesty Pau, who then would sign with the [expletive]ing clippers, heat or thunder. 

 

They could trade Pau to Atlanta and get back a huge trade exception. 

 

I think the only way they amnesty Pau is if they have another deal in place to take on additional salary.

Not happening though.

 

In theory, yes. But in reality i think he goes to a good team, just like Baron Davis, Elton Brand and Billups. 

 

The one difference might be that Pau is too nice of a guy to not wanting to go to some teams. Also, he is simply too good for many of the bad teams. For instance, if the bobcats had him, he'd give them 10-15 wins right away for one season and then leave. That's not helping much.

To amnesty Pau would be just plain stupid. There's no other way to put it.

He might not get us a Kevin Love kinda guy but he's not just a salary dump either.
