Wants to be a Bull

Word is, Aldridge wants to escape from Portland's rebuilding project and has made it known that he'd like to land in Chicago.

NO WAY!!!!

They were starting something interesting!

Trading Aldridge is a terrible move for Deng despite the Bobcats 1st Round Pick.

I'd negotiate and try to get Taj Gibson in the deal though.

Aldridge would be a huge upgrade over Boozer for the Bulls.

That team would kill miami if rose did come back 100% to his old self. Rose, aldridge, and Noah is a hell of a team. Even without rose they showed they are a good team.

If I'm the Blazers I'd take the Cavs offer (1st and 16th pick or something like that) over this one unless you get Noah in return.

If Aldridge lands in Chicago (keep Noah) and Garnett in Brooklyn, then this will be a successful off-season for the Anti-Heat group.

They're not getting past either of those teams next season.

If the Bulls get Aldridge to replace Boozer while keeping Noah and Rose returning healthy next season and if they keep Nate then Miami is definitely not repeating.

Would be a good trade. But is Rose going to be the same player he was before the injury?

I thought Clippers were trying to get LA. Guess not.

Even then, you can't just guarantee it like that. Love him or hate or be neutral, there's still the LeBron factor. He's too special of a player to just discount that easily.

Yea they are definitely going to push for a strong Noah package. But Chicago should throw Portland a parade of they are able to unload Boozer for LA.

Other than beating the spurs, when Lebron is faced against a true formidable team he normally runs into a problem. Saw against the spurs the first time around and then the mavs a few years back. They beat OKC because they were the better team. The spurs this year imo were the better team going into the finals but once Tony got hurt they just didnt seem to be the same beast we saw in the earlier rounds. The heat were a much better team than Pacers with their youth and the amount of mistakes they make and they actually could of lost that series.

You cant count lebron out at all though its not that simple and never is when it comes to having the best player in the league, but I feel like if the heat play a complete team their short comings actually are seen and are a lot more vulnerable then people believe, problem is there is only a handful of teams that can actually give them a run for their money as it is.

Go East, Aldridge. The West is stacked enough, don't need Portland making it tougher for the Lakers especially when they have to deal with a rising juggernaut across the hall.

I actually think Boozer + Deng > Aldridge.

Boozer is over paid but if they don't get rid of BOOZER in that deal, I think you're losing your best perimeter player.

You need Jimmy and Deng with Rose and I think Gibson and Booze are ENOUGh at that position, they could use a good back up Center , some shooters, more wing men

I honestly don't really see the big deal about Deng :eh:

Everyone keeps telling me how important he is to the Bulls but whenever I watch the Bulls he never impresses me in any way shape or form.  What is it about him?  Am I missing something?

Deng's defense is either overrated or underrated depending where you stand on it. He has been very effective in the past against Forwards like Pierce, Lebron and Melo. As a whole the Bulls are a legit defensive team, but as 'man to man' defense, Deng has been the best for Bulls, especially considering the letdown that Boozer has become.

But then again I remember when they let Gordon leave, many felt they would regret that, so eh.
